Hi, I'd appreciate some help reviewing my billing case.
I received two separate invoices covering the same billing period, which I don't understand since I'm the only user on my account — there are no other members in my workspace:
- Invoice ID: in_1T62ptIvcqWR3dFD4kYW4xdd
- Period: Feb 28, 2026 – Mar 31, 2026
- Total: $16.20 USD
- Invoice ID: in_1THHdKIvcqWR3dFDwp9bG51Z
- Period: Feb 28, 2026 – Mar 31, 2026
- Total: $5.40 USD
On top of that, I cancelled my subscription in April, but I'm still seeing charges, which I also don't understand.

- Why I was charged twice for the same period when I'm the only user?
