Need help checking if I was wrongly charged

Hi, I'd appreciate some help reviewing my billing case.

I received two separate invoices covering the same billing period, which I don't understand since I'm the only user on my account — there are no other members in my workspace:

  • Invoice ID: in_1T62ptIvcqWR3dFD4kYW4xdd
  • Period: Feb 28, 2026 – Mar 31, 2026
  • Total: $16.20 USD

 

  • Invoice ID: in_1THHdKIvcqWR3dFDwp9bG51Z
  • Period: Feb 28, 2026 – Mar 31, 2026
  • Total: $5.40 USD

On top of that, I cancelled my subscription in April, but I'm still seeing charges, which I also don't understand.

Could someone from the Figma team please help me check:

  1. Why I was charged twice for the same period when I'm the only user?
  2. Why charges continued after I cancelled in April?
  3. Will I be charged again? If yes, how can I make sure the cancellation actually goes through?
