Add New Tab “+” is going underneath the Tabs List or Tabs History Icon button.
How to reproduce?
My laptop screen size is 13 inches and I noticed this behaviour when I opened more than 14 tabs. Please find the attached screenshot.

Add New Tab button [+] is hidden after the specific count of tabs.

We're aware of the broader tab overflow behaviour in the desktop app. The quickest fix is to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + T (Windows) or Cmd + T (Mac) to open a new tab when the "+" button isn't accessible.
To be transparent, there is no ETA to share on a fix right now.
