Add New Tab “+” is going underneath the Tabs List or Tabs History Icon button.
How to reproduce? My laptop screen size is 13 inches and I noticed this behaviour when I opened more than 14 tabs. Please find the attached screenshot.

We're aware of the broader tab overflow behaviour in the desktop app. The quickest fix is to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + T (Windows) or Cmd + T (Mac) to open a new tab when the "+" button isn't accessible.
To be transparent, there is no ETA to share on a fix right now.
