Hello Figma Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am trying to verify my institutional account to access the Figma Education Plan, but I am unable to complete the verification process.
When I click the verification link sent to my institutional email, the process does not continue correctly. Instead, I receive a message saying that the verification limit has been exceeded or that the offer has already been redeemed/attempted.
I already contacted SheerID, and they informed me that my verification is currently pending review from Figma’s side. However, I have not received any solution yet, and I still cannot activate the student plan.
I am a student from Mexico, and I would appreciate your help reviewing my account and resolving this issue so I can access the Education Plan.
