Verify my institutional account to access the Figma Education Plan

Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am trying to verify my institutional account to access the Figma Education Plan, but I am unable to complete the verification process.

When I click the verification link sent to my institutional email, the process does not continue correctly. Instead, I receive a message saying that the verification limit has been exceeded or that the offer has already been redeemed/attempted.

I already contacted SheerID, and they informed me that my verification is currently pending review from Figma’s side. However, I have not received any solution yet, and I still cannot activate the student plan.

I am a student from Mexico, and I would appreciate your help reviewing my account and resolving this issue so I can access the Education Plan.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation from my side.

I understand that you’re running into a “verification limit exceeded” message when trying to verify for the Figma Education plan and that you’ve already contacted SheerID.

Just to quickly check - have you already reached out to figmasupport@sheerid.com? This is a dedicated support path specifically for Figma users, and they’re best equipped to investigate verification-limit related issues further since they manage the review process and have access to the necessary verification tools.
