Not getting assistance from your AI bot 1930022

My domain has been connected successfully however it seems that, the website is not reflecting. Seems the issue is on Figma’s side. 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I have a second website that I want to publish this week but if this doesn’t get resolved with Figma today, then I am moving both my sites.I need uptime. Please assist to get this resolved.

    Hi, ​@courtneySkyler. Thanks for your post! Troubleshooting domain issues can definitely be tricky. Fortunately, what you are seeing right now is more of a configuration issue than something that will impact uptime long term.

     

    Do you mind providing your domain name? This type of error usually involves issues with domain DNS records, or the certificate authority having trouble querying a domain for the records. Either way, I want to get together info about your domain so I can share that with our team. One other question: are you using CloudFlare with your domain?

    Thanks! I’m not getting the error you saw when I visit the domain. Did you make any configuration changes to the domain? I’m wondering if you updated the DNS to point the domain somewhere else after you received the error you reported. If you did, do you mind reconfiguring the domain to point to us, then publishing it with your site?
