Subscriptions aren't automatically cancelled when you delete your account, so even though the account was deleted, the Professional plan is still active and continuing to bill.Â
I can see you've already got a support ticket open with us (ticket #1931795), so you're in the right place. I've gone ahead and escalated this on your behalf, and someone from our team will be in touch with you soon via that ticket to get it fully resolved.
