Hello, I've encountered a very unexpected problem. I canceled my subscription on May 22nd, and on the 28th, I suddenly received a $15 charge. I'm asking support, but no one's responding. I'd like a refund, as I'm not using the subscription and am currently on the Starter plan. Thank you.

Hey @Sasha_Shilov , Celine from the Figma Community Support team here! Thanks for flagging this, I can see you've been charged after cancelling your subscription, and I want to make sure this gets looked into properly.

Billing issues are something we can't address directly in the forum for security and privacy reasons, but I can see you already have a support ticket open and I've added a note to it so the team can pick this up and get back to you shortly.

In the meantime, just to share a bit of context: after cancelling a Professional plan, access usually continues until the end of the current billing period. The $15 charge may also be related to seat changes or prorated adjustments made before the cancellation fully took effect. These articles might help clarify things in the meantime:

Regarding refunds, payments are generally non-refundable per Figma's Terms of Service, but our support team will take a closer look at your specific situation. Please keep an eye on your inbox, appreciate your patience!

Update: Our support team has looked into this and confirmed what happened. Your subscription was cancelled, but a monthly Collab seat had previously been upgraded to a monthly Full seat. This triggered a prorated charge of $15.00 for the difference between the two monthly seat types, which is why the charge appeared even after cancellation.

For full details, please check your inbox for the follow-up from the support team. I'll go ahead and close this topic now, thank you! 🙏
