I’m trying to publish a library to Figma Make, but the “Export to Figma Make” option isn’t appearing. I also tested this with other libraries, and the option never showed up for any of them. Is there a way to resolve this? Thank you!

Hey @MARC.A , Celine from the Figma Community Support team here, thanks for flagging this!

To get the "Export to Make" option to show up, here are a few things worth checking:

  1. You have a Full seat with edit access to the library's source file
  2. The library contains at least one component, style, or variable
  3. The library is published to your team

One thing worth noting, if your library only has variables and styles but no components, the export option won't appear. Could you confirm whether you have components published in your design library? Also make sure the library is fully published before attempting the export.

If everything checks out and it's still not showing up, please submit a bug report so our team can investigate your specific case. To do that: Go to the Support Hub / Click Start a chat / Type Report a bug and select Enter and follow the prompts / In the form, please include the URL of the file and grant "Can View" access with support-share@figma.com, this allows us to reproduce the issue and investigate. Thanks! 🙏
