Hi,

 

I submitted a refund request regarding an unintended automatic renewal, but I still haven’t received any response from support.

 

The subscription was renewed automatically by mistake, and I already cancelled the plan to avoid future charges. I have not intended to continue the subscription.

 

Could someone please review or escalate my ticket?

I understand that your subscription was renewed automatically by mistake and you are requesting a refund.

 

Please note that Figma subscriptions are generally non-refundable. As we're also unable to handle individual refund requests here on the Forum due to privacy and security concerns, submitting a support ticket is the best next step.
