I can see you subscribed expecting to export your site's code, remove AI-generated content, and export projects as PDFs. I want to be transparent about what's currently possible so you have the full picture.
- PDF export is available on all plans. If it wasn't working as expected, I'd be happy to help troubleshoot. Our Export from Figma Design article walks you through the full steps.
- Exporting site code and removing AI-generated content isn't currently possible on any Figma plan. Figma Sites publishes directly to a figma.site subdomain, but the underlying code can't be downloaded or edited externally.Â
If you'd like to cancel your professional plan, here's how:
- Go to your Professional team in the file browser sidebar
- Click Admin → Settings
- Under the Plan section, select Cancel plan and confirm
You'll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. It's also worth knowing that per our Renewal and Cancellation Terms, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. That said, if you're unhappy with your experience, you're welcome to reach out to our support team directly at support@figma.com and they'll be happy to look into your case.
