Hi, this is the second time I've experienced issues exporting video from Buzz. When I try to export, the process gets stuck, it never finishes, and it doesn't generate the video.

Hey there, Celine from the Figma Community Support team here! Sorry to hear you're running into this again, especially for the second time.
Does it happenĀ with the MP4? If so, the MP4 export failing is usually tied to the video upload not having fully completed. Two things worth trying:
- After uploading your video, make sure the preview loads successfully before hitting export
- Stay in the file until the upload is fully doneĀ (leaving early can cause the export to fail)
If neither of those help, please submit a bug report so our team can look into your specific case directly.
To do that: Go to the Support Hub / Type "Report a bug" / Click Start a chat and select Enter / In the form, include the URL of the file and grant "Can View" access with support-share@figma.comĀ (this allows us to reproduce the issue and investigate it). Thank you!
