While building a website, I ran into an issue with icon rendering that took a while to pinpoint. Initially, icons using stroke colors rendered correctly. However, icons that were filled did not render at all. For example, taking the same icon, flattening it, and applying a fill would cause it to disappear. After investigating further, I found that the issue was not the icon itself, but the parent frame (wrapper) containing the icon. This happens regardless of whether the frame uses Auto Layout or not. The problem occurs when the parent frame has a color applied via predefined color styles / variables. If a color style (variable) is applied to the frame, any filled icon inside it fails to render properly. Removing the color style from the parent frame resolves the issue. there is difference in “layer blur “value in dev mode (4px in design mode and 2px in dev mode)and design mode.
I have a problem with my office’s figma annually-billed plan which said that it’s overdue. It should be paid before February 6, 2026. But if i read the invoice, we should pay monthly rather than annually. How can we solve this? Should we renew the plan by paying for a year or we pay only this month?
I cancelled my professional plan on Feb 2nd, it says i’m on the free plan. Today i was charged $7.91 CAD for the period between Jan 6 & Feb 6. Can you please explain what’s going on here?
I hope I can get help resolving this. I mostly migrated what I needed from an old work account assuming that it would get deleted. It looks like I forgot to migrate one slides deck. I believe it still exists but was never able to set up the permissions correctly. You should be able to access it with the link and password, but every viewer needs to request access.Can I get help accessing the file? I have the link and password. Or at least confirmation that it still exists,
All of a sudden Claude stopped producing, so I switched to Gemini Pro and it behaved in the same way and just started making it’s own changes. I tried to go back to the checkpoints and that's not working either. This is getting a bit scary!
Hey everyoneWe’re encountering an issue in Figma where components inside a branch are only partially visible. Certain variants or sub-parts appear to be missing, while others render correctly. The same components display normally in the main file. Components appear incomplete in the branch (see attached images). Some states/variants are not visible and appear as empty frames. For some components only part of the content is missing This affects multiple variants within the same component set. The issue does not occur in the main file; only in the branch. What we’ve checked / tried Verified that all libraries are enabled and up to date. Confirmed no missing fonts or broken image fills. Checked visibility, opacity, and blend modes. Components are still technically “there” (selectable), but visually absent. Is this a known issue with branches + component variants? Is there anything we can do to solve this without having to rebuild the whole branch? Also are there any known
I am trying to change the email that I use to log into my account. When I go to the admin panel and input the new one and the password, I get a message saying that I should get a verification email soon. Unfortunately, I am not getting that email to verify my email after trying several times. Anyone can help with this? The process seems to be working well and it looks like is something in the backend.I have no emails in spam or trash.
Hi! I created a Community profile today. When I try to change my handle to something shorter than 15 characters, I sometimes still get an error saying the handle is too long. Is there a known delay/caching issue, or recommended steps to ensure the new handle saves correctly? Thanks!

Hi I use Figma education, however it rejected my first attempt to verify so therefore I reached out to sheerID. I got manually approved and it never updated on the Figma website… I even got a manual approval code but it won’t let me do anything. I emailed the education team to Figma multiple times and have not gotten a response so I went back to SheerID and the only response I seem to get is “contact Figma” in which I cannot get ahold of… I need help, my class I take in school is purely just Figma based and I truly need access to do anything in the class. Please help!!!
Hi I just experienced my figma running slow especially when moving, copy-pasting, and deleting components. I have clear the cache browser, reset, checking internet connections and reset & restarting the desktop app but despite all the efforts it’s still slow and laggy on both chrome browser and desktop app.I’m running figma in Macbook Pro M4 Pro 13” updated to MacOS Tahoe 26.1.This is not an issue before this, just happened last week after new update.Need some support help regarding this issue. Good afternoon!Today, for the first time, I had the following problem: when creating ellipses with a gradient, bald spots began to appear on the frame! Exports happen with them. I tried restarting the application, restarting the computer, logging in from the desktop and the web, logging in from other devices - the problem is the same everywhere. Everything is fine with all old and new projects/frames, everything is fine with other shapes and gradients, only ellipses with gradients break... Fix it, please... I have attached photo examples.

When i click on the link, it continously says the link is either expired or malformed. I have requested this link severally and each time the link says the same thing. please help!
Hi, I’m working on a plugin that creates and reads dev resources.My problem is that I have two component libraries, and for the library A dev resources work as expected - I add resources to the main component and they appear on instances. But it for whatever reason doesn’t work with library B - dev resources don’t propagate to instances.My question is, could someone please list all the possible reasons why dev resources might not appear on instances?
