Unable to access Figma file – request to restore access and transfer ownership

Hello Figma Support Team,

We are currently unable to access one of our design files. The file shows the message: “This design file may have been deleted, moved, or made unavailable. Try reaching out to the file owner.”

We suspect the file may have been deleted, moved, or had its permissions changed, and we would like your help in restoring access.

  1. Please investigate the status of this file and restore access if possible.

I took a look on my end and can confirm that the file appears to have been deleted. Taufeeque Azam's Outlook account has been deleted as he has left the company. Therefore, he no longer has access to the project.

Could you please transfer the project ownership to (redacted by the moderator due to PII) and continue the case communication through this email address instead?
