I deleted one of my account and am trying to create one again with the same email but I am receiving a “Your request has failed” when trying.

I understand that you're trying to create a new account and are running into a "Your request has failed" error when signing up again with the same email address.

This can happen when an account has been recently deleted, as it may take some time for that change to fully process on our end. Could you please try creating the account again after 24 hours? That usually gives enough time for everything to clear, and you should be able to reuse the same email address.
In the meantime, please try a different browser to see if that helps.

If you're still seeing the same error after that, please submit a bug report via the Support Hub → Click Start a chat → Type "Report a bug, cannot create account" → Press Enter and follow the prompts.

When submitting the report, please include the email address you're trying to use so the team can investigate further. Thank you!
