Hello Figma Support Team,

I’m contacting you because I suddenly lost access to two important Figma design files that were previously available to me through my account/email.

Now, when I open the links, Figma shows that the pages/files are not found. I did not intentionally delete these files, and I need urgent help checking what happened and whether they can be restored.

Affected files:

  1. MAX-KULIK

  2. [redacted]

  3. BC.GAME_NEW-FORMAT
    [redacted]

I previously had access to these files, but now they are unavailable. I have checked my account and workspace, but I cannot find the files or restore them from my side.

Could you please check whether these files were deleted, moved to another team/project, affected by permission changes, or removed due to a team/workspace issue?

These files contain important working materials, so I would really appreciate your help with restoring access or recovering the files if possible.

Please let me know what information you need from me to verify ownership or access rights. I can provide the email address connected to the account, screenshots, billing details, or any other verification information if needed.

Best regards,
Max

Hey @Max Kulik - apologies if this is causing problems and delaying your work. Just to confirm:

  • You previously had access to the files; you can no longer access or find them.

Can you verify a couple of things for me?

  • What date were you last able to access the file / when did you notice you could no longer access them?
  • Did you own the files yourself, or did someone else? I want to double check because that wasn’t quite clear for me because you mentioned:

I can provide the email address connected to the account, screenshots, billing details, or any other verification information if needed.

Can you give me the team name that these files lived under?

Also - just as a side note: I removed the links from the public post to protect them from any bad actors that may want to try and access them.

Hi @ksn

Thank you for your reply.

To confirm: yes, I previously had access to these files, but now I can no longer open them or find them.

I noticed the issue on Monday, May 25, 2026, when I sat down to work and tried to open both files. The links showed that the pages/files could not be found.

I am the owner of these files. I did not intentionally delete them, move them, or remove access.

I also tried checking from my other email accounts. I have three emails that could potentially be connected to Figma access, but the files cannot be found or opened from any of them. It looks like the files themselves are no longer accessible, not just an issue with one specific email account.

Regarding the team/workspace name: unfortunately, I don’t remember the exact name. Possible names could be:

maxkulik
maxkulik.com
BC.GAME
BG.GAME_new format

The two files are very important for my work, so I would really appreciate it if you could check what happened to them: whether they were deleted, moved, affected by a workspace/team issue, or became unavailable because of a permission problem.

Please let me know if you need me to provide my email addresses privately for verification.

Best regards,
Max

Hey @Max Kulik - so sorry for the delay. I just sent you a PM with more information, but wanted to make sure I covered all of my bases by updating here as well.

You should have received an email just now (ticket #1937785). Please let me know if you did not receive it.
