I am writing to sincerely request a full refund for all auto-renewal subscription charges on this account.
I originally purchased the Professional monthly subscription only for trial use. As it is a month-to-month plan, I only intended to use the service for one billing cycle to see if Figma would fit my workflow.
Figma could not meet my needs and fell short of my expectations after the trial, so I never intended to keep the subscription going.
Until I noticed the recurring charges recently, this team account has been completely inactive. I did not log in, access any projects or use any paid features during this entire period.I would greatly appreciate it if you could cancel the subscription and issue a refund.
