Hi team Figma,

 

I tried to change my payment settings from credit card to SEPA-debit. I’m working from the Neterhlands and have a professional seat. I had no option for the SEPA-debit, so I tried other browsers. That didn’t work out very well… because every time I try to change my payement settings I see this: There was an issue with loading our payment form. Please refresh and try again. I removed history in my browsers already, removed my password from the Apple Key, etc. I asked help on your chatbot. Restarted my computer several times… nothing is working, the same error appears every time. Please help me out! Thanks a lot.

Hey ​@Sanna Terpstra , thanks for reaching out to the Figma Forum! Just to confirm, are you seeing this error in the Figma Desktop app, a web browser, or both?

If you're currently using the Desktop app, I'd recommend trying the payment update directly from the web version, as that often works better for payment processing issues:

  1. Open the file browser by logging in to your account at figma.com.
    • If you’re in a specific Figma file, you can access the file browser by clicking  > Back to files from the toolbar.
  2. Click  Admin.
  3. Select the Settings tab.
  4. In the Billing section, click Payment details.
  5. Enter the new credit or debit card details in the fields provided.
  6. Click Use this card to update.

As a reminder, for Professional plans, we currently support payment by credit card or SEPA debit (Manage payment and invoice details). Payment via PayPal, ACH, or wire transfer isn't currently available.
 
If the issue still persists, I've also sent you a DM. Since payment and billing issues involve sensitive account information, we aren't able to investigate them directly in the Forum for privacy and security reasons. We can continue from there and help point you to the right team if needed, thanks for your understanding!

Hi Celine, I’m seeing this error in both Figma Desktop app and web browser. I tried to solve problems with multiple browsers, empty cashes and history, delete my account settings in a password key, etc. None of it works. I will reach out to the support team. Thanks for your quick reply!
