I’m posting here because I’m hoping someone in the community might be able to share their experience or point me in the right direction.
I accidentally purchased an annual Figma subscription instead of a monthly subscription. I noticed the mistake right away and contacted support immediately after the purchase, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to cancel or withdraw this kind of purchase, or request a refund in this situation? I completely understand that billing issues may need to be handled privately by Figma Support, but I’d really appreciate any advice on what the best next step would be.
