Accidental button push... Happened today and i got billed for additional person.

Hi,

I accidentally added an extra Full seat in the workspace “Kampanie WH”.
I only need 1 seat in total.The seat was taken for over a minute...

Right now, in Admin → People, I can see:
Total full seats: 2
Assigned: 1
Available: 1

The extra seat is not assigned to anyone — it was added by mistake.

In Admin → Billing, my upcoming monthly invoice for June 26, 2026 shows:
Billing adjustments: €18.71 Monthly costs: €20.00

Could you please help remove the extra unassigned seat from billing and adjust the invoice accordingly? This month i’m taking a big loan, cant afford any additional costs. I have one figma seat mostly for learning myself and create epic tabletop rpg content for it,

I’m Denise from the Community team at Figma. My team here on the forum isn’t normally able to assist with Billing issues, so I’m glad to see that you reached out to support directly on ticket #1932490. Since the seat was added by mistake, support was able to remove it from your subscription and update the upcoming invoice to reflect one full seat only.
 
To help prevent additional charges in the future, we recommend enabling seat approval settings. This feature requires Admin approval before a user can be upgraded to a paid seat. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to set this up in our Help Center article. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reply to support directly via email.
