Urgent: cant publish new plugin version

I cant publish my plugin since I changed the email adress of my figma account. I read some articles that are saying to reach out to customer service. I wrote an email to the support but got the auto-reply that prompt me to post in the forum first. so here we go again: please approve the changes to my account in order to being able to publish again.

@Celyn_L there is still no reaction from the support. Whats the issue here? Am I missing something?
