I have a frame, that has a red fill. In that frame I have place a frame with an image fill. As soon as I do that the red fill is no longer applied and the parent frame becomes transparent. Once I click on the eye icon next to the image fill, the red background becomes visible again.

I’m experiencing an issue in Figma Make where if I make any code edits manually, the prototype will constantly reload at random times. It seems like it is continuing to “auto-save” even after I’ve finished making changes and even refreshed the preview. I’ve verified that this is not an issue with the code itself, but likely something with the recompiling and reloading of code that resets the state when I don’t want it to.
We have been unable to move forward with purchasing multiple Figma Organisation licences licences, as we require a formal quotation.We and other team members have submitted several enquiries to the Contact Sales team over the past 3 - 4 months but have yet to receive any response.Our requirement is for 3 x full Organisation licences, 3 x Dev Mode Organisation licences, 3 x contributor licences. Cmd + L currently links to the parent frame. Right clicking an element → copy/paste as → copy link to selection links to specific elements within the frame, but this action in the menu lists Cmd + L as the hotkey.Cmd + L should link to the specific frame.I actually can’t imagine a scenario where a user selects a specific element within a frame and copies it as a link, expecting it to link to the parent.

I’m trying to recover a personal design project I created around April–June 2024, but I can no longer find any of my old files after logging in. I have already:Checked Drafts, Recents, and all workspaces Tried every login method (Google and email/password) Logged in using both of my emails It seems the files may belong to another Figma identity linked to one of these providers, and I may currently be logged into a different account. Could you please check if there are any Figma accounts associated with these emails and help restore access to the files? Hello. i had an account created under the current email, with a billed subscription of the 18 euros plan. That specific account got deleted by mistake so i tried to immedeiately recover it. I lost the project (as far as i read it is not retrievable), but i lost the subscription as well (it was stated that it must be cancelled manually). I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you !
I have been working on a few design files that were saved in my Drafts. I noticed that these files are no longer accessible, and I am unable to locate them in Drafts, Projects, or Trash. Hi everyone, I need help with an unexpected charge on my account.I cancelled my Figma subscription and stopped using the platform entirely around October last year. For the past 4 months, there were no charges, which was correct since I had already switched all my teams to the Starter (Free) plan.However, I was suddenly charged $17.26 USD today (Jan 7, 2026). How is this even possible? I haven't received a bill in 4 months and haven't touched Figma at all. My current dashboard confirms that all my existing teams are Free.It feels very wrong to be billed for no use at all.I feel cheated. How do I get a refund?
