Hello Figma Support,

 

I hope you’re doing well.

 

I am following up on my previous request regarding the subscription renewal charge on my account.

 

It has been over 12 hours since I submitted my report, and I have not yet received a response. I also noticed that my ticket was marked as “solved,” but I have not received any reply or resolution.

 

To clarify, the amount charged was not intended for this subscription renewal. I had already planned and allocated my funds for other expenses, and I canceled my subscription within minutes of noticing the renewal because I did not intend to continue the service.

 

I kindly ask that my request be reviewed by a support agent, as this appears to be a timing issue where the renewal and cancellation happened very close together. I would greatly appreciate a one-time courtesy refund if possible.

I've flagged this internally and can see the support team has already resolved your case. Just to share an update: your Professional plan will be fully cancelled at the end of the current billing period on June 30, 2026 — after that, there will be no further charges unless a seat is upgraded to a paid seat again.

Please check your support ticket for more details on the resolution. I'll go ahead and close this thread here, feel free to reply directly to your ticket if you have any further questions! 🙏

Just to share an update: your Professional plan will be fully cancelled at the end of the current billing period on June 30, 2026 — after that, there will be no further charges unless a seat is upgraded to a paid seat again.
