I am following up on my previous request regarding the subscription renewal charge on my account.
It has been over 12 hours since I submitted my report, and I have not yet received a response. I also noticed that my ticket was marked as “solved,” but I have not received any reply or resolution.
To clarify, the amount charged was not intended for this subscription renewal. I had already planned and allocated my funds for other expenses, and I canceled my subscription within minutes of noticing the renewal because I did not intend to continue the service.
I kindly ask that my request be reviewed by a support agent, as this appears to be a timing issue where the renewal and cancellation happened very close together. I would greatly appreciate a one-time courtesy refund if possible.
