Hi. 

Someone in support need to look in to this. 

I downgraded to free plan 25 april. I got that confirmed on mail. Now (2 june) I got charged €42.74 EUR for a full seat? I havent even used it since then. Need help asap and a refund.

I'm not able to access or review account-specific billing details here, but I've gone ahead and opened a ticket with our Product Support team on your behalf. They'll be able to look into the specifics of what happened and follow up with you directly. You’ll hear from them at the email associated with your Figma account. Your case number is: 1942609.

In the meantime, if it's helpful context: When a plan is cancelled or downgraded, any seats added before the downgrade takes effect can be prorated and reflected on the final invoice. That said, given the timing you've described, Product Support will be best placed to review whether that applies here.
