All my files and workspaces dissapeared

My account email used to be a different one in the past, but since it was a company email and they were changing their domain, I updated the account email with a personal one of mine back in December, 2025. The update went smoothly and I’ve been using this account for all my work since them.

My account has been logged in my computer for quite some time, but today it was logged out, and when I tried to login again, I couldn't remember the password, so I tried resetting it.

The resetting email didn’t came, not even in the spam folder. So I just tried logging in with Google, but it seemed to create a new account, which is weird because I already had the account. And now all the files and workspaces I had disappeared and the account seems to be brand new - I even received a welcoming email. But that’s totally weird, because again, that is the email I already used in my account.

I have some links of works I created and I’m able to access them via link and see the projects, but they are not in my account anymore.

So I need to know what happened and how to access my files again, because right now my account is not showing any of the files neither any of the workspaces I had, but since I can view the projects through the links I have, I know they were not deleted.

I have links to some of the projects, but they’re a small number. I have a bunch of important work in this account that I don’t have links or a backup copy, so I really need to regain access to all my files.

Thank you in advance.

Hey @Mariana de Oliveira -- really sorry about the account issue here. I can see you already have a ticket open with support (#1942137) and that you're working with them on this.

I want to preface this by saying I'm not entirely sure, but I think this actually may involve your former employer's domain and the account email address it had originally been associated with it. There may have been a way for them to reclaim the account, since it was originally created under their domain (which may be considered the true "owner" of the account, if that makes sense).

Again, I can't confirm that's the case, but that's my personal suspicion. Please continue working with support, as they have the tools to confirm and get this fully resolved for you. Thank you!
