One note: subscriptions are billed on the team level, and not the account level. I also saw that you have already filed a support ticket (#1942145).
I did some research, and it looks like you had 2 teams in total. One team looks like it had a subscription that was canceled on May 25, which then ended today, June 3.
I do want to have our support team verify this, so I escalated your existing ticket to be reviewed to confirm this information.
