I'm experiencing an issue with the Figma to Wix Studio plugin. The plugin was working fine, and I successfully exported over 20 pages. However, for the past 2-3 days, I have been unable to add my designs to the site. I receive the following error message:

"Your design couldn't be added to the site. Due to a technical issue, we couldn't add your design to the site. Make sure you're following the Figma plugin guidelines, then try adding it again."

Details:

  • The specific frame I'm trying to export is named "Dining page" in the "Khoj Resorts Web Revamp" project.
  • Figma URL: www.figma.com/design/v9IF9sM24ygQMgsuV67uI2/Khoj-Resorts-Web-Revamp?node-id=1159-91&t=PwSiI53r8lqCZsWP-0
  • All fonts used in the design are uploaded to my Wix account.
  • The Figma frame width matches the editing size in Wix Studio.
  • The frame size is under 250kb, and there are no unsupported elements like menus, forms, or videos.
  • I have checked for rate limits on my Figma account and refreshed both the plugin and the editor.

Despite these checks, the issue persists. Any assistance or guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Just to clarify ,the Figma to Wix Studio plugin is a community-built plugin created and maintained by Wix, not by Figma. This means we're unfortunately not able to investigate or troubleshoot issues related to its functionality directly.

For this specific issue, I'd recommend reaching out to the plugin creator directly, they'll be best equipped to look into the error you're seeing and get you unblocked.
