Hi Figma,

I have submitted the contact form three times to request a callback from your sales team regarding a professional license purchase. To date, I have not received any contact.

Just wanted to let you know that if you're looking to upgrade to a Professional plan, you can do it directly yourself , here’s how: Upgrade your plan. You can also check out this article for an overview of what's included: Professional plan.

If you still need to get in touch with our sales team or have further questions, please send me a DM with the following details and I'll make sure to flag it to the right team:

  • The email address you used to submit the contact form (if different from the one linked to your Figma account)
  • Your organisation name
  • The reason for your request

Organisation name T&P.

The reason for my request : We are interested in purchasing two professional licenses. However, we would prefer to make a single payment by credit card for both. Is this possible? Can we process one payment and then subsequently distribute the licenses? Thank you very much.

Hi Alexandra, thanks for details and sharing your question!
Yes, that’s possible. When upgrading your team, you can select the number of seats you’d like (for example, 2 Full seats) and complete the payment in a single transaction.
You don’t need to assign all seats right away. You can add them during checkout and assign them to team members later as needed.
