Dear Figma Community,I am having trouble verifying my student status again. My university recently changed its name, which also slightly changed the university email domain. Both the old and the new version of the email address still lead to the same inbox, so I receive emails sent to either address.The problem is that my older Figma account, which is connected to the previous university email address, is no longer verified because the student status has expired. I still need access to the projects from that account, especially for my final semester, but I cannot re-verify the student status successfully.I have tried several times and uploaded the required enrollment documents, including both a short and a long version of my certificate of enrollment. However, the verification keeps failing and says that the documents are not sufficient, even though similar documents had worked for verification in the past.I have spent a lot of time trying to solve this, but it still does not work. If i use figma sites to design websites with a professional plan, can I hand over the just the site, minus editing to a client without them having to buy a subscription to keep the site alive? if so how do i go about it?

How do I fix this error? 

When attempting to connect our apex domain (pacerpro.com) to a published Figma Site, we received the following error:We use DNSimple to manage DNS records. There is not AAAA record for the apex domain in the records. The only AAAA record (which we don’t want to remove) is the following subdomain:AAAA api-ip2.pacerpro.com 2604:a880:400:d1::7a8:c001How can I resolve this issue?

i am using Macbook and its not available in the app or in the website so what is the solution for that ? its not available in the help section in the file or in the view tab and i do not have additional resources tab…My account does not have the UI3 toggle available on the desktop app or the web, please manually flag my account for the UI3 release.

The behavior when pressing “Esc” in the Variables panel is not working as expected. I can no longer use the email address I used for my Figma account. When I try to log in, it asks me to enter a code sent to my email, so I cannot log in at all. What should I do?

Hello, Figma team, I logged in to my account (redacted) today, and surprisingly it shows that the account is suspended without any prior instructions. I’m a design student, and I use Figma mainly for coursework and personal projects — like working on group presentations, creating interactive website prototypes for assignments, or learning UI design. My academic life really depends on Figma right now. I urgently need access to the files in my suspended account because I have deadlines coming up. I sincerely hope you can review this suspension and let me know what caused it, so I can make sure this misunderstanding doesn’t happen again. I have always followed Figma’s terms carefully, and I will continue to do so. I’d really appreciate your help.Regards,Sabrina Chen

we had publish a website for our thesis a few days ago and it was working fine, but when our professors had checked it just now it suddenly broke, where all the assets are stretched or the desktop version shows the mobile version, even though we had changed virtually nothing in the file after passing it, just the desktop version is the part thats broken, the mobile version works fine

If i purchase monthly professional plan in figma, will i will be able to use it’s AI credit to integrate with Claude without having any paid plan of Claude? 

Hello Figma Support,I designed a multi-page article/publication in Figma Make, and I am trying to export it as either a PNG or PDF.I am having trouble finding clear export options in either Figma Make or Figma Design, and I am not sure whether direct PNG/PDF export is supported from Figma Make.Can you please confirm:Is it possible to export a Figma Make design directly as a PNG or PDF? If not, what is the correct workflow for moving a Figma Make design into Figma Design for export? Does “Copy design” from Figma Make to Figma Design preserve the layout well enough for PDF/PNG export? Are there known export issues with Figma Make-generated files, including OKLCH color errors? What is the recommended process for exporting a multi-page article/publication created in Figma Make?For context, the design is intended to become a polished PDF publication and/or individual PNG page exports. I have tried many times to verify my student account, however, each time it says that I have exceeded my limit for student plan. When I go back to old links, it says that they are expired and I need to try again. I have contacted SheerID and they told me that they have approved me, but its still says that i have to verify my account. Is there anything i can do? Best regards Lucas
