Figma feedback interview by Outset.ai

Hi,

I recently completed a research interview via Outset.ai after being invited through a popup during the Figma tutorial. I was promised a $10 incentive payment within one week, but it has now been 2–3 weeks and I still haven't received it.

During the interview I did encounter a connection issue and had to reconnect after a few hours — my progress was saved. There was also a brief error screen that said "contact Figma", but when I retried the next day it worked fine and I was able to complete the session.

Could someone from the research team look into this and confirm whether my payment is on its way?
