How to redeem Figma Config 2026 Codes

Hi everyone,

I recently received a Figma Config 2026 ticket/code, but I’m a bit confused about how and where to redeem it.

The code starts in this format:

  • CONFIG 26-XXX- XXXXXX

I assume it’s meant for ticket registration or activation, but I can’t seem to find the correct redemption page anywhere on the Config website or inside my Figma account.

Could anyone point me to the proper page URL or flow for redeeming these Config codes? If you’ve already done it before, a quick step-by-step would really help.

Hi ​@Lawrie Sisley - Config is now completely sold out. There are no tickets available, including for those with registration codes. 

We will not be releasing additional tickets before the event. We appreciate your interest, and hope you will still join us virtually at https://config.figma.com

      Sadly I already signed up with my work email, so it won’t let me sign up for the in-person :(

      At this time we are sold out for Config, and we will not be releasing any additional tickets prior to the event.

      We welcome you to register to attend virtually (always free!) to take in all the keynotes and breakouts in real time. You can register for the virtual experience on config.figma.com.

      To further clarify, even if we received a code CONFIG 26-XXX- XXXXXX for a ticket, but have not yet redeemed it, is it not possible to do so due to sold out tickets?

      That is correct ​@Kamille - Config is entirely sold out now across the board, codes included.

      Hi — I have a reserved partner/company-issued Config voucher code, but the registration flow blocks me before I can redeem it because in-person tickets show as sold out.
