Hello,

I subscribed to the Professional plan, but I don’t understand why I was charged $171.
Could you please explain why this amount was charged?

I would also like to cancel the payment and request a refund if possible.

Thank you for your help.

Hey @gahui , Celine from Figma here, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion around the charge!

Just to give some context on what happened: the charge was related to a seat upgrade from a Collab seat to a Full seat that was triggered when edits were made to a design file. Since your plan is on annual billing, the prorated difference between the two seat types was calculated and applied on your next billing cycle, which resulted in the higher charge.

The good news is that the support team has already reached out to you with a resolution! They can help with cancelling the plan and removing the charge if you no longer need the Full seat. Please check your inbox and reply directly to your ticket to confirm how you'd like to proceed. I'll go ahead and close this thread here, thank you.
