Hi Figma support!I'm a Brazilian citizen and I accidentally made a purchase on the Figma website, thinking the amount was in Brazilian Reais, but I received a huge charge converted to dollars. This transaction happened an hour ago and I didn't use any platform features. I kindly ask if you could respond as soon as possible to process the refund.Thank you.
Dear all, what’s the approx. of how long it takes to approve a plugin? We are launching most of our plugins in the next days and would love to also put Figma on the list, but there has been no update at all.Is it possible to pay to prioritize the release? All the best
I'm no longer a student and my Education plan has expired. My team is now locked, but I only have 3 or fewer files in the team. I've tried refreshing and logging back in, but the team remains locked and I'm seeing a message to "Verify your Education status to keep collaborating." Since I'm no longer eligible for the Education plan, I'd like to transition to the Starter plan. Can you help me unlock my team?
i wnat to get a refund from figma
Can't see the past invoices. I don't want to renew the figma account but can't see the past invoices until renewed. Need past year's invoices. Reached out to the support request. It keeps coming back to the AI chats with no solution
I submitted a refund request, but no one has responded to it for 2 days. What should I do?ID: 1832207
Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is facing major delays with plugin approvals right now. I submitted mine on March 15th, and it's still stuck in the "In review" stage, well beyond the standard 5-10 business day timeframe.A few details about the submission:• Submission Date: March 15, 2026• plugin Link: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1614668743914445888/prototype-note-toggle I actually already sent a follow-up email regarding this delay. I did get a reply right away, but it was just a canned, robotic response telling me to keep waiting. There hasn't been any actual progress on the review itself.Has anyone else dealt with this kind of loop recently? Is there a better way to get a real human update on the status, or do I just have to sit tight indefinitely? Any advice from other plugin creators would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, kippeum.nam
I am currently in a student plan, and I have the app version of Figma on windows.I am designing a website with the Desktop frame and when I go to its prototype panel, under Prototype setting, the “Desktop” option is gone. I hope this will be fixed soon.
I’m trying to copy and paste from Adobe Illustrator to Figma without the text being converted into outlines. The content is a mixture of vector graphics and editable text. Due to the amount of text, the Figma prototype I’m working on becomes jerky and slow. This would not be a problem if the text existed as editable text.I have tried 2 plugins to resolve it. Convertify was useless and converted all of the text to outlines. Illustrator Importer was better, managing to import the text as editable, but it added anomalies such as incorrect font sizes, weights, alignment, etc.Manually recreating the text in Figma would take far too long and I just don’t consider it to be a viable solution. This is unworkable due to the layout of the text, rather than the amount of text.Does anyone know of a way to import from Illustrator with the text remaining editable (not converted to outlines)?–I miss Adobe XD, which didn’t have any of these problems. It imported text as editable text and the prototype
I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription charge of $27 that occurred on 2026-03-08. This charge was entirely unexpected as I no longer have a need for the service and had intended to cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date. Unfortunately, I overlooked the cancellation process, and the subscription was automatically renewed. Since the charge, I have not used any of the paid features. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and process a refund for this transaction.Thank you for your time and for providing such a great tool. I look forward to your positive response.
My account [redacted by the moderator due to PII] was suddenly suspended without any notification. I am a Paid Professional user and currently developing an AI-integrated project (COCONA) using Figma MCP via Cursor.I suspect the automated security system might have flagged my frequent API calls as suspicious. This was a normal development debugging process. I have important project files (Book Cover design and UI assets) in this account. Please review and restore my access."
Dear Figma Support Team,I am writing to formally appeal the recent suspension of my Figma account([redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]).I was surprised to find my access revoked today. Based on the system message, I suspect this may be related to a recent subscription or billing issue. However, I have not received a detailed explanation regarding the specific transaction or policy violation that triggered this action. My daily work and portfolio are entirely hosted on Figma. This suspension has caused a critical halt to my ongoing projects.I value Figma’s platform and am committed to maintaining a valid subscription. If there was a failed payment, a mid-term cancellation error, or any outstanding balance, please let me know immediately. I am more than willing to settle any payments or provide further information to rectify this situation.Could you please clarify the reason for this suspension and guide me on the steps to restore my account?Thank you for your assistance.Best
There is a severe synchronization bug between the Figma Make UI and the AI's backend environment. Even though my project files are fully generated and clearly visible to me in the file tree (e.g., InviteToJoinModal.tsx, avatar.tsx), the AI assistant claims it cannot see them at all.Because the AI thinks the workspace is completely empty, it is impossible to prompt it to make edits, add new components, or reference existing code.Steps to Reproduce: Open a Figma Make session with generated code/components. Verify that the files are visible in the left-hand file explorer. Prompt the AI to edit an existing file or read the current code. The AI will fail to execute the edit and return error messages claiming the files do not exist. What I Have Already Tried (None of which worked): Rebooting the workspace via chat prompt. Duplicating the Figma file and starting a brand new session. Saving a local copy of the Figma file, uploading it again, and starting fresh. Result: The AI still
i have cancelled my subscription before the renewal, the day of the renewal i got charged of 18,30 euros even though my projects (made with the previous plan) were all locked and my plan was and still is the free one.I want to know if i can get my money back and also have a confirmation that i won’t be charged anymore.Im available for any addictionary information.Thank you.
When I export the frame as a jpg/png, there a stroke around. I tried everything - updated GPU driver, removed the frame fill, tried to use a rectangle as a background -- all is the same, Figma exports it with random stroke. Please fix it!
1. Icons are consistently displayed incorrectly, requiring multiple page clicks to display correctly;2. The table component also has a similar bug. Although the fill property has been set in resizing and verified within the component, it doesn't fill within the page width when used in the design draft. Multiple page clicks are also required for it to fill and adapt to the page width for proper display. However, non-designers can easily mistake this for an error in the designer's draft—which is terrible!
I gave the ai a COMPLETE design from hours of work that I did by hand, all it needed to do was put it together and make the logic. After it gave me exactly what I didn’t want, I looked at it’s reasoning which I pasted below. It basically just ignored my extremely detailed prompt and artwork...The user is very upset and saying I sacrificed all their artwork. Looking back at what happened:They provided detailed instructions to preserve the magical lunar fantasy aesthetic from the attached images They specifically said "Treat the attached images as sacred visual source material. Preserve the artwork and aesthetic almost exactly" They emphasized multiple times NOT to simplify, flatten, restyle, or replace the artwork They said "Do NOT replace the art with flat gradients, generic illustrations, stock icons, or standard SaaS design patterns" They provided 8 attached images that should have been used as the visual referenceWhat I did:I built a React app from scratch with components I did NOT
We recently created a Figma Organization using our company domain (bnksys.co.kr). Currently, our organization appears to be in a “domain-restricted” mode, where only users with @bnksys.co.kr email addresses can be invited. As a result: * We cannot invite external email accounts (e.g., Gmail), even as viewers or guests.* We also cannot remove the domain because the current admin account belongs to that domain. Our immediate need is to **temporarily invite a personal (external) account** in order to migrate design files from an existing Professional workspace into this Organization. Could you please advise or assist with one of the following options: 1. Temporarily allowing external email invitations (e.g., Gmail) for our Organization, or2. Providing a recommended and safe method to transfer files from a personal account into a domain-restricted Organization Thank you for your support.
I’ve made a web-app with figma make, and was happy to see that Push to Github was an option, but I’m having issues with this feature. Whenever I made a change to code, either by ai or manual, I saw that Github didn’t recieve the updated code. I investigated som more and found out that Figma don’t understand how files from the project were being pushed.I have a root directory in github, with one folder (/src). Here, all my files from figma make lies (Public etc) What I noticed is that Figma creates two index.html files, two package.json, two vite.config.ts on push. The original files from Make is in /scr. and another basic version gets put on the Github root.I’ve tried to figure out how to fix or work around this, but I cannot figure it out. I’ve tried moving the correct versions to Github root, but to no help. And to make it worse, they get overwritten with every push. Must be some more files not being pushed to the right location.Basically the Github Push feature is broken for me. Hop
Figma MCP server worked great with VS Code version 1.101.0 but in version 1.102.0, microsoft has moved MCP configuration to a new file named mcp.json instead of previous settings.json file. After doing all the configuration, the Figma MCP server tools do not show up under tools and the agent is unable to use Figma MCP server. Has anyone had any luck with this version? Can Figma team please validate and update documentation for Figma MCP Server setup?
I’d really appreciate some help here, can’t get mobile prototyping to work in the way I’d expect. I am prototyping an app with a bottom anchored toolbar. As such, “Fit” type settings are critical to avoid users from missing these buttons. However, any combination of settings I try in prototyping (Fit, fill, presentation, different preset phone frames) do not actually fit my prototype within phones of varying sizes. Here’s an image of what I’d expect would happen. I’d expect a fixed ratio and I’d get black bars on the sides. This is pretty much how desktop prototypes show - they work on any screen size because the frame is fixed and fits to any window size, with black bars added as needed. Any help is really appreciated here. I don’t get how mobile prototypes could not support “Fit” in the way I’m describing, as that’d make testing anything with bottom-anchored toolbars/buttons much more unreliable based on phone size. Thanks for any input!
I’m currently testing the Slots feature and ran into an issue with how content and layout behave across states. In my setup, I’m using an internal element slot that is shared across multiple states (default, error, and hover). I’ve added additional content inside the slot (multiple lines), and everything works as expected in the base state. However, in the instance, when switching to the hover state, the slot does not preserve the injected content. Instead, it resets to the default version of that state (e.g., a single line), ignoring the extra items I previously added.Additionally, I’m using this component nested inside another component that also contains a slot. In this scenario:The issue persists across nested slots The container inside the slot does not properly adapt to the content I have to manually adjust layout properties in each instanceExpected behavior:Slots should preserve all injected content across states Layout (including container sizing) should adapt consistently withou
Dear Figma Team,I am an administrator for the "RGI SpA admin" organization. I am contacting you to request assistance with setting the number of seats for the annual renewal. On April 17, 2025, we purchased 15 Full seats and 5 Dev seats for the annual period April 17, 2025 - April 17, 2026 with an organization plan.We later determined that the number of "full seats" was redundant: we are only using 10 full seats, while the other 5 have been in status “available” for long time. Therefore, we would like to downgrade the number of seats for the next renewal.Specifically, we would like to purchase only 10 Full seats and 5 Dev seats for the renewal on April 17, 2026.However, by clicking on the "preview renewals" tab, it is not possible to reduce the number of seats; I can only click on the "confirm renewal estimate" button. Can you help me remove the 5 unused full seats and renew only 10 full seats (in addition to the 5 dev seats which are already correct) ?Best regards,Leonardo Lenzi
Hi Figma Support,I previously had a Figma account with my Concordia University email (@concordia.ca) and deleted it. I am now unable to sign up again with the same email and receive the error "Your request has failed."Could a Support Specialist please fully release this email so I can register a new account?Thank you very much.
I've been unable to publish a new version of our Figma plugin for a while now, and frankly, I'm frustrated.Every time I try to publish, I get this message:"We have detected a change in your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."So I did exactly that, I contacted support. And here I am, still stuck. No resolution, no timeline, nothing. This is not acceptable. We have users depending on our plugin and we cannot ship updates. Our company account is fully legitimate and in good standing. Whatever "account change" was detected, we need this resolved immediately, not in days or weeks. Is anyone else experiencing this? And more importantly: can someone from Figma please step in and actually fix this? Plugin developers should not be blocked from publishing without a clear explanation and a fast path to resolution. This needs urgent attention.
