We're reaching out regarding our Figma Organization subscription. We initially purchased 5 Organization seats for an annual subscription and paid approximately USD 3,300.
Since then, our team size has changed, and we've reduced our subscription from 5 seats to 3 seats. As the three additional seats are no longer required, we'd like to request your assistance in reviewing whether a refund or credit can be provided for the unused seats.
At the same time, we currently have an outstanding Figma AI invoice of USD 2,993.
we'd greatly appreciate it if the refund or credit for the three unused Organization seats could be applied toward this outstanding AI invoice instead of being processed separately.
We understand that annual subscriptions may have specific billing policies, but we'd be grateful if you could review our account and let us know whether an exception or billing adjustment is possible.
