If they are being denied, they can submit an appeal directly with SheerID via: figmasupport@sheerid.com and provide additional documentation. SheerID will review the appeal and let them know if their status can be approved. I understand that in a classroom setting, this may be challenging to keep every student in sync. However, Figma cannot review documents or confirm individual user eligibility.
