Refund request for unintended full seats

I just got the annual plan today with a team member of mine, I was automatically assigned with a full seat, and a team member of mine joined in and was also assigned as a full seat. My intentions were to make it so that both of us are collab seat members in the plan. Our seats are monthly plan. After adjusting I demoted my team member into a viewer, I saw the invoice with it being listed as $191 instead of $5. May I have a some clarification on this?

Hey ​@ZZLOK, thanks for reaching out, and for including that screenshot! 

Looking at the breakdown you shared, the $191 is a projected subtotal, made up of two parts:

  • Billing adjustments (seat updates): $186.00 prorated from the date of change, this reflects the time a seat was active as a Full seat earlier in the period, before it was changed
  • Monthly costs: $5.00 this is 1 Collab seat, which is what your team is currently set up with going forward

So the $186 isn't an ongoing charge, it's a one time adjustment for the portion of the period the seat was billed as Full, and the $5 reflects your new monthly cost now that the seat's been changed to Collab.
