Report a Problem

I haven’t previously noticed this issue, but am noticing that if truncation takes over, it just cuts off the last word incredibly early. Is this just a bug that’s popping up again?

I am creating a website using “Figma Sites” and I placed a video which only start auto playing on the mobile browser, but on the desktop browser, it does not autoplay no matter what video format or file size or compression method I use. (it only starts playing in the desktop browser if the playback controls are showing and you press play)  

As a user, I expect the adjustments I’ve made to an image (ex: exposure, contrast, etc.) in Figma Design to show when imported into Figma Make. This does not seem to be the case.

I have one single student that can’t verify their account. The email address is correct, but the verification form always says the email is wrong (and that the school email should be used..). The student filled out multiple support forms but never got an answer. Yesterday, another student verified his account instantly. So I’m basically out of ideas, I would be glad if someone from the support team could contact me for detailed information so I can get the account verified. 

I'm on Figma's Education plan ( my own team seat, resets Apr 1) with 2,668 AI credits left (full monthly bar shows). File is in this Education team, and AI tools like 'Remove background' worked fine until yesterday. Now every AI action errors with 'Out of AI credits' popup, despite balance visible. I've: Confirmed file/team Checked AI balance in Main menu Tried new files in same team This forces app-switching, killing workflow. Daily limit bug? Plan verification glitch? Screenshots attached. Figma Support, I just found out my Figma account [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] that I have been using for months without any problems, was suddenly suspended as I was trying to log into it today. The error message says:“Signups from this email domain are forbidden. Please use an email on another domain.” I can understand blacklisting domains for new signups, but for an existing account!! All my files are now gone just like that, seriously?! Why did no one give me a heads up to change the email domain, not instanlty suspend me?!! Now I had to make this new account just to send you this. Unbelievable. Liam

Figma MCP server worked great with VS Code version 1.101.0 but in version 1.102.0, microsoft has moved MCP configuration to a new file named mcp.json instead of previous settings.json file.  After doing all the configuration, the Figma MCP server tools do not show up under tools and the agent is unable to use Figma MCP server. Has anyone had any luck with this version? Can Figma team please validate and update documentation for Figma MCP Server setup?

For two days, all images across my Figma files does not show neither does plugin works. I have tried every solution. It is same in both desktop and browser version. The images shows in thumbnail but not when i click the images

When I go to fill a component with a custom image from my computer, I click the image button and nothing shows. The rest of the menu is missing, and it requires me to open and close the menu multiple times for it to show up. This happens every single time I try to upload a custom image, and it’s been happening for at least 2 years. 

I have reached out to the sales team about plans for my company and I have received no response, I am not sure if my previous emails have come through.

New bug in Figma 126.1.4When you select any dropdown selection in the right panel (for instance the Union, Zoom level, or even Help and Resources question mark at bottom), the whole right panel shifts a few pixels to the left and a black bar is show below it, as if there is a scrollbar being activated.  

Figma’s most recent update moved around and changed some UI elements, and now I can no longer see how to apply a boolean variable to a layer within a component to toggle the layer’s visibility.Previously, I used to be able to click the variable icon next to the opacity control for a layer, and I would get the option to toggle its visibility in instances of that component. Now that seems to be gone.I can right-click on the opacity control (who thought that would be intuitive?) and get a dropdown for applying a variable, but that just lets me apply a number variable to the layer. The help text says I should be able to right-click on the eyeball (again, not intuitive) to get a dropdown of variables to apply, but right-clicking there does nothing.Help?

Deleting an element inside a slot cannot be undone through Undo function.

This is the SECOND type Figma just decided to WIPE a tsx file and then decides to restore it and use 300+ credits for it (AND the stupid “Continue” loops to add). This is unfair and frustrating - I worked on it for DAYS and then Figma messes it up. 

Drag-and-drop into the Figma Make code/file explorer used to work for me a few days ago. I could drag .tsx files directly from my computer into the Make file system. Now I can no longer drag even a very small file. I am not talking about attaching files in chat/prompt — I mean direct file import into the Make code/file explorer. Has this been removed, or is this a regression?

Every time I try to use the AI feature ‘Expand an image’ the platforms responds with “Can’t expand transparent background”. It does not matter if the image is added as a Frame fill or is standalone in the page. If it is in ‘Fit’, ‘Fill’ or ‘Crop’ mode. It is just not working.There was a similar problem about a month ago and it was resolved but now I experience the same error. I need an explanation and a timeline on when this can be resolved. I purchased Tequila Sunrise from YouWorkForThem — both the desktop font and the WebFonts package. I used the desktop font to design my site in Figma, then published it via Figma Sites.When I go to the Fonts section to upload the missing font, I get the error: "Files don't match font, check files and try again." I'm certain the WOFF/WOFF2 files I'm uploading correspond to the same typeface I used in the design.I'm unsure whether this is a naming mismatch in the webfont files themselves (e.g., the internal font-family name not matching what Figma expects) or a bug/limitation on Figma's side. On most other web-building platforms, this would be straightforward — you'd just map the uploaded webfont to the one used in the design.Has anyone encountered this? Any workarounds?
