Education verification fails for student with error "Use your school email" but the student is using the school email

I have one single student that can’t verify their account. The email address is correct, but the verification form always says the email is wrong (and that the school email should be used..). The student filled out multiple support forms but never got an answer.

 

Yesterday, another student verified his account instantly. So I’m basically out of ideas, I would be glad if someone from the support team could contact me for detailed information so I can get the account verified.

It’s possible that the student’s school domain isn’t fully recognized in our system yet, which can cause the verification form to reject the email even if it’s valid.

If they haven’t already, could you please ask the student to fill out this short form? This helps our team review and add the school/domain if needed: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScq9j4c-9TU8s1yp9Mg8onVZaUJ09H4fS2n9K97cF-ptHdjcQ/viewform. Once submitted, our team will follow up as soon as the domain is reviewed and updated.
