Hi both, thanks for reporting this and for confirming that you're seeing the same “Couldn't load Make. Try checking your network connection or refreshing the page. (M2)” message.
To help us narrow down what might be causing this, could you please check a few things for me?
Are you connected through any VPN, proxy, or network security tools ?
If possible, could you try switching to a different network or temporarily disabling the VPN/proxy to see if the issue persists?
If you're using the browser, could you try disabling any browser extensions to see if that changes the behaviour?
Can you please try opening these two links and let us know if the pages load showing "OK" on the screen or if they load blank?
If either of these links load blank, can your IT team please ensure that Figma's domains (listed below) are explicitly allow-listed as described in Adjust your network settings?
*.figma.com
*.figma.site
*.makeproxy-c.figma.site
*.makeproxy-m.figma.site
*awswaf.com
esm.sh
jsdelivr.net
You can also run a quick network diagnostic directly in your Make file:
Click the question mark icon (?) in the bottom-right corner
Thanks again for flagging this and helping us investigate. Once you’ve had a chance to check the steps above, feel free to share what you find and I’ll be happy to continue helping from there.
