Education plan: AI features blocked (out of credits) despite 2,668/3,000 credits left in verified team

Perfect! Everything’s working again now. I jus wonder what caused the issue, probably something technical. Just a question, is there a better way to communicate this to you so it can be resolved faster, rather than waiting a day or two?

Something similar is happening to me, except I can’t see ANY AI credits suddenly after playing around with this a little while. And when I say I can’t see it, I’m not even able to pull down the current “score” of my AI. Nothing appears. And the option for new prompts is greyed out within the AI project.

To help me better understand what’s happening on your end, would you be able to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? That will help me take a closer look at the UI state you’re describing.

Just for context, Education plan users receive 3,000 AI credits per month. Once the credit limit is reached, AI features that require credits become unavailable until the credits reset or the workspace moves to a plan with additional credit options. However, you should still be able to view your credit balance at any time, even if the limit has been reached.

You can check this by:
• Opening the Main menu in any file
• Selecting AI balance

This should show how many credits you’ve used, how many remain, and when they’ll reset. Find more info here: AI credits on the Education plan

If you can share that screenshot, I’ll be happy to take a closer look. 

So above is what I see in a general blank file. NO reference to AI at all.

I also have an AI project I’m working on now that doesn’t even HAVE the opportunity to see anything at all
