We don’t currently offer support in Chinese, so I’ll continue in English. If anything is unclear, please let me know, I’m happy to clarify! 

As of March 18, we’ve started enforcing AI credit limits on Full seats. If you’ve already reached that limit (3,000 credits per month), you may temporarily be unable to use additional AI features, even if you’re on a paid plan.

From your screenshot, it looks like your credits will reset on April 6. Once they reset, you should regain access to those AI features. If you need more credits before then, your team admin can purchase additional credits through your subscription.
