Figma’s most recent update moved around and changed some UI elements, and now I can no longer see how to apply a boolean variable to a layer within a component to toggle the layer’s visibility.
Previously, I used to be able to click the variable icon next to the opacity control for a layer, and I would get the option to toggle its visibility in instances of that component. Now that seems to be gone.
I can right-click on the opacity control (who thought that would be intuitive?) and get a dropdown for applying a variable, but that just lets me apply a number variable to the layer. The help text says I should be able to right-click on the eyeball (again, not intuitive) to get a dropdown of variables to apply, but right-clicking there does nothing.
Help?
