I am writing to file a formal complaint against the Figma plugin "MeiGen" (AI Icon & Image Generator).(Plugin Link:https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1539963026393306817/meigen-ai-icon-image-generator-nanobanana-2-seadream-5-remove-bg-vectorize)Issue Summary:Without any prior notice, the plugin unilaterally changed its rules and reset over 650 credits I had legitimately earned through daily check-ins. These credits could be exchanged for 130 standard image generation services (5 credits per generation).When I contacted their customer support, they admitted that "the failure to notify in advance was our omission." However, they only offered 280 credits as compensation, which is less than half of what I originally had.Furthermore, their support claimed that "only paying users constitute consideration for consumption." I strongly disagree with this logic, as my credits were earned under their previous rules through my daily actions.My Request:I kindly ask Figma to investigate this
Hi Figma Support Team,I am writing to report a persistent issue where I am unable to receive account verification codes, although I am still receiving other regular notifications and emails from Figma.To resolve this, I have already taken the following steps: Whitelisting: I have added support@figma.com to my email whitelist (allowlist). Provider Consultation: I contacted my email service provider regarding this issue. Their technical team suggested that if the sender's address is already whitelisted but the email still doesn't arrive, the problem likely lies with the sender's SPF/DMARC verification configuration. I’m experiencing an new issue with token search where results don’t seem to prioritize relevant matches, particularly when trying to find semantic tokens. This behaviour seemingly out of nowhere, and I haven’t been able to revert it.When I search within the token menu, the results appear inconsistent and often surface unrelated primitive or semantic tokens ahead of the ones that actually match my query. “Expected” is what was previously appearing for these searches.Examples:Searching “text”: Expected: text/text Top results: colour/gray/4 (primitive tokens) Then: unrelated semantic tokens like background/surface/active, background/surface/secondary, etc. The expected text semantic token appears as result 4 Searching “secondary”: Returns multiple primitive color values (greys, blacks, creams, reds with numeric scales) colour/gray/2 and colour/gray/12 colour/cream/2 and colour/cream/12 colour/red/2 and colour/red/12 etc... Hi there! I’ve been loving the new annotations feature, but have been experiencing an issue with it over the past couple of days. When I’m looking through my designs and try to zoom in, all of the annotations disappear before I can get close enough to see what they’re attached to. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have a series of buttons in my component which all use the same text style, in this case TextMedium/Medium. When I select the text layer, it suddenly changes to a thinner font visually, but the text style is set to the correct one.I now don’t want to select and inspect the other text layers of fear they will also change. Have tried restarting Figma and viewing the file in the browser instead of the desktop app, but it’s staying the same. Anyone found a solution to this issue?
Hello Figma Support Team,First of all, I didn't know that full sheet approval leads to paid payments.This unintentionally gave two team members 'full seat' permission, and we now know that this leads to an additional fee. So we changed the seats of the two team members who got 'full seats' to 'view' and 'collabo'. After that, there are 2 full seats available in the admin menu and I want to release these 2 full seats.If possible, I don't want to be charged for this.As you can see from the usage history, one of the team members did not use the full sheet at all and the other team members used only the slide function. Why am I not able to delete this flow? I’ve clicked on the flow, but it won’t show me the flow starting point. I’ve been able to delete other flows by clicking the “-” on the flow starting point, but not this one.
I have a modal component with different sizes as variants and wanted to integrate slots to their content areas so instances don’t need to be detached. I converted the content area to a slot for all the size variants and even renamed the slot layer to be the same for all variants.When using an instance of that component, then changing slot contents and then switching to a different size variant, all the content gets reset to component defaults.What is strange, is that when I copy/paste the slot area inside the component to the different variants, then instances are preserving the content, although the structure is exactly the same in both cases.Unfortunately the copy/paste hack is not an option for me, since it will reset all my existing instances in the prototype and it would take too many hours to go over all of them.Please make it so instance variants retain slot content, when the component structure is the same.Edit: It seems that I was using slots wrong. I’m running into something confusing with the Figma plugin API and wanted to check whether I’m missing something.I’m trying to outline text through a plugin. I found `outlineStroke()` in the docs, and the description says it does something similar to using “Outline Stroke” in the editor, so I assumed this would work for text nodes too.My goal is to take text like `09:28` and turn it into outlined geometry so I can analyze the real character positions and spacing.The problem is:- `flatten()` doesn’t help, because it turns the whole text into one merged vector- `outlineStroke()` doesn’t seem to give me the kind of outlined text result I expectedSo now I’m not sure if:- this is not actually supported for `TextNode`- the docs are a bit misleading here- or this is just a bug / limitation in the plugin APIHas anyone here successfully done this?More specifically:- Can a plugin really outline text the same way as the editor command?- Is `outlineStroke()` supposed to work on normal text, or onl
Trying to publish my Figma plugin, but getting an error saying “Please fill out required fields and correct any errors”.On the frontend, I don’t see any fields highlighted with errors.When inspecting console logs, I see a ton of warnings being thrown for INVALID_SUPPORT_CONTACT even though the support contact I’ve entered is a valid email address. I’ve also tried a website url, a different email address, and nothing works.Please help. Don’t know what else to do/try here.

Hi Figma community. I’m super confused. I spend lots of time building a plugin for the community (TokenNexus) only for it to be stuck in review with no response/feedback for about 20 days. The resources say 5-10 business days. Is this delay now typical? So what I have another important plugin in development. Do I also wait an extra month to get it to users to even test? Will update reviews also take this long? This whole thing is demotivating tbh.

I submitted my Figma plugin, Grotto Slice, for review on March 14th. The website states a 5-10 business day approval, but it's now been over three weeks with no response - no approval, no rejection, and no requests for changes or additional information.At this point I'm unsure what to expect or if there's something I should be doing differently. Is anyone else experiencing similar wait times, or is there a better way to check on the status of a submission?Many of my clients are waiting on this plugin being approved, and I would love to launch for them shortly. I've tried refreshing and logging back in, but the team remains locked and I'm seeing a message to "Verify your Education status to keep collaborating."
