Hi @VinayakSATAPUTE, thanks for reaching out!

I’m Denise from the Community team at Figma. My team isn’t normally able to help with Billing issues, but let's try a few troubleshooting steps to ensure any potential blocks are removed.

First, please try clearing your cache and cookies and then log in to Figma.com and proceed with adding your new card details. If that doesn’t work, try logging in to Figma.com in an incognito window and proceed with upgrading your team to the Professional plan using the steps outlined in this article: Upgrade to a paid plan

If neither of these help, please let me know, and I can help get you connected with our product support team.

Dear Denise,

After my last message here, It went through the payment last time.

I am not sure what ticked then.

Now I am here again for 2nd time purchase for my other team but I am facing the same issue.

I have tried all the ways (mentioned in your message) to complete the review and payment but I am keep getting the same issue.

It's been 24 hours, I am trying to resolve this issue.

kindly advise. Thank you.

Hey @VinayakSATAPUTE , Celine from Figma here, stepping in for @djv !

Thanks for the update, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into the same issue again.

Since you've already tried the troubleshooting steps Denise suggested and the issue is still preventing you from completing your purchase, continuing through your existing support case is the best next step here.

I took a look and can see that you already have an active support case with our team—thanks for reaching out. I've also gone ahead and added an internal follow-up note so the team is aware that you're still experiencing the issue while trying to purchase a plan for your second team. For reference, your support case is 2036747, sent to your email address  vxxxk_sxxxe@txxxh.xxv.xg.

As this appears to be specific to your account and payment flow, the team will continue investigating and follow up with you directly through your support case.

In the meantime, if you have any additional information to share (such as a screenshot of the error or any changes you've noticed), please reply directly to your support case, as that will help with the investigation. Thanks for your patience!

Awaiting to have this payment issue resolved soon. As I am required to purchase the necessary additional licenses by today. Appreciate your quick assistance in this regard. Thanks you.
