Hi Figma team,I submitted my plugin Orbital Variables Editor for review about a month ago and it's still showing as "In Review". No feedback, no rejection, no requests for changes — just silence.I understand review times can vary and that the team is working through a high volume of submissions. I've seen similar threads here recently. What's making this harder is the support experience itself:I tried reaching out through the support chatbot and it loops on itself. It doesn't open a ticket, doesn't escalate, and doesn't hand off to a human. I've sent emails too and only received automated replies from the AI support agent. Hello! I have been trying to be a big advocate for Slots at our organization, and I have been enjoying the flexibility they bring. That said, there are some interaction aspects of Slots that are making the overall experience of using Figma worse. These seem like a Bug.The one I want to point out there is “selecting other elements becomes harder when a Slot is in place”. When trying to select layers on a totally different frame or section, if there is a Slot in a component “under” those layers on a different frame, dragging a box out selects both groups of items, which doesn’t make any sense to me.If you take that same scenario and detach the component, the problem no longer exists. This seems like an inconsistency with how Slots are architected in Figma, or something. Really frustrating!The recording below perfectly demonstrates this issue.

I’m experiencing a persistent copy–paste issue in Figma.Whenever I copy frames or components from Figma Make to a Figma Design project, the layout gets distorted — spacing changes, auto-layout breaks, and typography styles don’t map correctly.If anyone has faced this and found a reliable solution, please share. This is slowing down my workflow, especially when combining Make explorations with production-ready design files.
I have successfully uploaded images in Figma Make numerous times but today, i’m trying to upload an image to replace an old one on our Figma Make site and the image will not show up, it’s showing broken despite trying dozens of times. The AI tool is now telling me I can’t upload an image using the “Upload an image” feature built into the chat which is what i’ve used before, and that I need to upload it through the asset library which I’ve never done before and have no idea where it is. I did upload it to my account and provided the embed code and that didn’t work either. i’ve gone through thousands of credits troubleshooting this with the tool. So frustrating.

We deleted all the DNS records, removed the domain from FIGMA and set it up again. All the DNS records were updated properly and the green checks were beside the CNAME, TXT and A records. Waiting over 24 hours and no SSL.After waiting 24 hours, removed the domain from FIGMA, deleted the DNS, and set it up again. Now waiting over 2 hours and still no SSL. ChatGPT has reviewed the DNS, the Figma status and has provided the following: Where You Actually Stand Right Now✔ DNS globally correct✔ CNAME correct✔ TXT verified✔ A record correct✔ Figma confirms DNS validatedThe only missing piece is:🔒 Certificate issuance + attachment at Figma’s CDN edge Opened a support ticket on Friday but have not heard back. 1757257 is the case number. My boss recently paid for a full seat Figma professional annual plan. I had already set up my design system and published it. I open my account today, as soon as I login I find out that my account has been demoted to free account. I don’t understand why can someone help me out with this issue. Also noticed it is a persistent issue with so many users reporting the same thing. Thank you

On 9th April we were scheduled to charge for our annual figma subscription renewal. We were ready with our corporate credit card to make the payment.But just an hour before the renewal automatically happed. And it didn’t charged the previously saved or used corporate card instead it charged my own credit card which was never been used or saved in figma for any charging. It was more than a 1000 USD that charged my own credit card. I was quite surprised to see this and immediately raised it to support team. Though they used to reply within hours or the same day before but it has been almost 4 days still no reply. I’m using the framework agnostic Template API (moved away from the React specific approach) and the CLI (v1.4.3) to publish code connect files to our library.The publishing succeeds and the code connect preview displays in the right panel when switching to dev mode. When I open the “Component behavior” modal, the code connect preview snippet does not display when toggling properties within the component. It does show the component as “connected” within the modal as well.I’m wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
Hovering over a bound variable used to show its resolved value and description, but that’s no longer happening. Now the tooltip doesn’t appear.This was working fine before, so it feels like something broke in a recent update. Seeing it across different files.Makes it harder to quickly inspect variables without digging around.Would appreciate confirmation if this is a known issue or an unintended regression.
While building a site in the new Figma Site, I ran into a typography issue:When I use a typography variable with different font sizes for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile, the correct value shows only if I apply the variable directly to the text layer.But if I use the same variable inside a text style, the published site doesn’t respond to modes — it just shows the default (Desktop) size, even on smaller viewports.This seems like a limitation or bug in how Figma Site handles mode-based variables inside styles.Would love to know if this is expected behaviour or still under development. We recently paid a design team to build a Figma for us. When they were done, they transferred ownership of the file to us.However when we open the file, it stated we only have view access, and to request access from the admin in order to edit / use dev mode. We requested the access, but it maintained we needed to wait for admin approval.However, CoWink is the only user in our team, and it has a full seat.[redacted image with PII - DJV 17/4/2026]And there is nothing in the admin indicating a need for review.I tried the normal support, but the AI was absolutely useless and kept telling me to just go and approve the review as an admin. Is being owner somehow not being admin? Who else could be admin if there is only one user? Why wouldn’t having a full seat be enough to work on a file that we are owner of?I also opened a support ticket, but there has been no response for 24 hours, and since we have paid for Figma and can’t use it, this is quite frustrating so I am hoping someone can provid
Yesterday, I used the Figma Slides export option with no problem. Today the option is greyed out for all Figma Slide decks. I can no longer export the deck, I’ve checked with my teammates and they have the same problem. Please help, as it is an important part of our work and should be included in our business plan.
Even after downgrading my subscription and sending multiple follow-up requests to cancel - without any response from a real person. I’ve been forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Logged a support ticket to no avail, this needs to be resolved.

Hi, when I have many document tabs open I am unable to select the Figma window itself. I need to select the Figma window title bar to move the window but when there are many tabs open it prevents me from selecting the title bar. I am forced to choose which documents to close and sometimes all of them are important. Please fix so that part of the title bar is always selectable regardless of how many documents are open
I have already completed verification through SheerID successfully, but I still cannot use the Figma Student benefits on my account. At the moment, the student plan does not appear to be activated, even though my verification has been approved. I would appreciate it if you could check my account status and help resolve this issue.
