Hi Figma Support,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m contacting you because one of my old Community files is still visible on my public Figma profile, even though I already deleted and unpublished it.

Here is the link to the file:

The file no longer exists, but it still appears on my profile page: https://www.figma.com/@judahbakker

I’ve tried unpublishing, deleting, and adjusting visibility settings, but the item remains listed publicly. Could you please remove this file from my Community profile on your end?

    You've already covered the right first steps here, unpublishing, deleting the file, and checking your visibility settings. Since it's still showing up after all that, this needs a closer look at your account, so I've opened a support ticket for you: Ticket #2078394.

    You should hear from our customer support team shortly at the email tied to your Figma account, and they'll take it from there. In the meantime, here's more on how removing or unpublishing Community files normally works, just for reference.
