Error while transferring the project

I’m trying to transfer a project from a team on the Organization plan to a team on the Professional plan. I enter the link and email address, but Figma shows the following error:

“You cannot transfer to this organization at this moment. Please contact support for more details.”

The same error appears when I try to send a copy to this team.

This doesn't mean anything's wrong with your project, and no files are at risk. This is a known issue on our end right now affecting some project transfers between plans, nothing you're doing wrong. Since getting this fixed for your accounts specifically means our team checking things directly, I'd like to get this over to our customer support team.

Could you submit a request through our Support Hub, including:

  • The link to the project you're trying to transfer
  • The destination team URL you entered
  • The admin email you're using on each side

That'll let the team dig into the account details and get things moving for you. For reference, here's more on how project and team transfers generally work: Transfer a folder or team to a different account.

How can I do this? The Support Hub only has existing articles and your Figma AI Agent, which is unable to help me with this issue. Could you please tell me how I can contact a support agent?
