I am trying to subscribe to Figma Pro plan from Thailand  but Figma shows me this at the checkout

Hi,This is Hutom, and I’m reaching out regarding a billing issue related to collab seats.One of our team members mistakenly requested a collab seat instead of a view seat. Although I personally did not approve this request, it seems the collaboration seat may have been approved unintentionally.According to our records, this appears to have occurred on December 22nd. Would it be possible to cancel this collaboration seat and receive a refund for the charge?Additionally, I’m unable to modify the number of collaboration seats. I would like to set the collaboration seat count to 0, but it is currently displayed as 1.I’d appreciate your guidance on how to update this, or if you could assist in adjusting the seat count on your end.Thank you very much for your help, and I look forward to your response.Best regards,Hutom

I upgraded to the Education Plan expecting it to increase my AI credits in figma make, but instead found myself unable to use figma make itself. Please address this issue.

Pardon the typo in the title. Once again, prototypes are not responding to the most basic of variant interactions as of Monday Dec 2025. Recreated multiple on off tests in new files Cleared browser cache and history Rebooted machine. Tested on iPad Tried on Figma Desktop Tried in SafariI’d really love a stable Figma release that focused less on new bells and AI whistles, and more on stability at the core.

I’ve a frame where I need the content to be right aligned while the content overflows his parent:This has to be the sorting order of the bullet points columns, as previously it’s been also shown like this.In Figma Sites, this doesn’t work. Whereas when aligning the child to the left, it does work.In fact, when you try it you get this error when trying to publish:Error on the publishing panel However, on Figma Design you can do this and even prototype it and it works!!!Can’t really understand it

I asked for some changes in Figma Make. And, it seems it has made the changes, but the changes are not visible to me. It shows me the empty screen. I am on a paid Figma Professional Plan. Please help.

Paste Screenshot Image in Figma, Color is not right. But the original file’s color is correct. And paste it in photoshop also looks right. 

I cannot create any prompt because Figma Make constantly shows the error message: “Something went wrong.”I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times and using simpler prompts, but the error still appears.This issue happens across all of my Figma files, not just one.What should I do now? My project deadline is coming very soon, so please help me as soon as possible.Thank you so much for your support.

I already have the font ubuntu mono installed but Figma is telling me that it is a missing font. And that’s really annoying me because I was using this in a motion design vid and now I have to change entire fonts because I can’t edit anything.

This Error is  coming after 19 Dec I have create 500-600 Bunch of Thumbnails at a time now I put single Images open in web then paste it in Design it is time consuming process.Please resolve this problem Quickly 

Canceled my account and was sent an email that no further charges would happen but charges did happen later. I don’t know what it is with these stripe account or any SF technology company using AI to charge, but I get charged months after I canceled and can’t find a single LLM that answers the questions right. If revenues are high I wonder if its because LLMs used by companies like Figma have a charter to tell them not to get bullied by the subscriber and to aggressively persist on charging cancelled accounts. It has happened three times with Cursor and now one time with Figma. 

We’re seeing a recurring issue in Figma where files get stuck in a constant “syncing” state and fail to properly save changes. This creates several workflow blockers: Severe lag while working — interactions become slow or unresponsive during sync. Unable to close the browser tab — Figma prevents closing due to “unsaved changes,” even when everything should be saved. Version history overload — the system generates excessive versions because of the repeated auto-sync attempts, making the file history cluttered and harder to audit. As a design system designer managing component libraries, this issue becomes especially problematic. It interrupts handoffs, slows down updates to shared components, and increases the chance of file conflicts or outdated states being published. It directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality, timely component updates

Hi,I was charged for a Full seat even though I only need a Dev seat. Any upgrade to a Full seat was unintentional.I also see an unexpected one-time charge on the next invoice.Please switch my workspace to 1 Dev seat only, cancel any additional charges, and issue a refund/credit for the current billing period (Full seat charge). Also clarify and remove the one-time charge if it’s not valid. Thanks,Lior Angel 

I have an annual seat on Figma that renews in 6 months. But I am leaving the organization in a few days and want to cancel the auto renew now or better - transfer it to a different team I have , as I paid for it already. How can I do that? ThanksMattan

Hello,I would like to report an issue with my Figma subscription.I cancelled my subscription, however I noticed that my account was still charged on December 20, even after the cancellation.I want to clarify that I do not wish to remain subscribed, and this charge seems to be a mistake.Has anyone experienced a similar issue?What is the best way to request a refund in this situation?Thank you in advance for your help.

Honestly support has become useless in Figma. Keeps directing me to a support page and there is no way to log a support ticket. I need to contact the pricing team ASAP as they issued a wrong invoice.  Any suggestions on how to email to a real human with a support ticket?
