Figma Mirror on the iOS app no longer updates in real time when I tap on a frame in the browser or desktop app.
I can load a different artboard if I switch to a different file, but within the same file, Figma Mirror gets stuck on the first artboard I select. Before starting Mirror, I can see the artboard name update on the iOS app when I switch between artboards. However, once I start Mirror, it stops updating.

Hey @tekinoztekin and @Pavel K, thanks for your patience here, and for all the detail you both provided.
Our team tracked down what was causing the Mirror tab to get stuck on the first frame instead of updating live, and a fix has now gone out.
Could you give it another try?
1. Force quit the Figma mobile app (or refresh the page if you're mirroring in a mobile browser via figma.com/mirror)
2. Reopen it and head back to the Mirror tab
3. Select a frame on your desktop and check that it updates automatically, without needing the restart step Adam mentioned earlier
If you're still seeing the same behaviour after that, let us know here and we'll dig further. Our guide on View prototypes on a mobile device also has a few extra troubleshooting steps if you want to take a look in the meantime.

When I try to switch between frames after mirroring has started, nothing happens on my phone's screen. But if I return to the "Mirroring" section in the app and switch between screens, I see the names of the selected frames change. Then, if I click "Begin mirroring" again, I see the last selected frame on my phone's screen... I've tried reinstalling the app, force-quitting Figma on my desktop and restarting it (and all sorts of other "tricks"), but nothing helps. Can anyone help me with this issue?

No, it will not work for me or anybody because the beauty of instant transaction is what made this useful either when you are designing or creating a JIRA card while looking to the design in an actual device. If it’s a product decision; it’s a bad one :) But i believe this is a bug since instead of tapping restart you can open another file click on an frame and come back to the file you are working to select the frame but still it’s unnecessary effort.

If it’s a product decision; it’s a bad one :) But i believe this is a bug since instead of tapping restart you can open another file click on an frame and come back to the file you are working to select the frame but still it’s unnecessary effort.
If this is truly a new feature, it would be a much more logical solution to have the ability to pin the selected screen for those who don't need live switching when selecting a frame. I suspect this is some kind of bug.
