Figma Charging me for an account I can no longer use

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and transfer to a new email account but I cant cancel and I cant change the email.

The old one is no longer accessible, so i dont have access to the pro-plan despite paying for it.

I have emailed them and all i get is a robot reply. Wtf figma.

Horrible support.

You cant find it under this account because the account I have the issue with is inaccessible.

I can't access the case number because its inside the inaccessible email.

It was an educational email that I upgraded to pro.

I didn't think figma would not let me cancel or not let me change my email on the account and cause this huge problem. Is there anyway to email support that isnt an auto-robot reply?

I can give you the email im having issues with and the credit card I used.
