Every time I’ve tried to use it, whether with my original Free account and now that I’ve update to the $20/month tier, all over several days and a reboot, Figma Make displays:
“Something went wrong. Try again.”
Support request ID:
srid_C44QCFFHKRJBD8GMBD9RC0MYZ
The backend returns HTTP 403:
“Access to the control plane is not enabled”
and:
“cortex_error: unauthorized — User request is blocked”
Failing endpoints include:
- /api/cortex/shared/figmake
- /api/cortex/shared/figmake/ui_capabilities
- /api/cortex/foundry/sandbox
- /api/source/v1/make/environment/...
The robot suspects there’s been a problem with my account provisioning.
