Report a Problem

Hi everyone,I’ve seen a few posts about users accidentally adding more seats than they meant to — but that’s not what happened here.I was on a call with our admin, who shared their screen while adding 3 annual seats to our plan. However, after the process was completed, 6 seats were added instead. We’re both absolutely sure that only 3 seats were selected. Unfortunately, we didn’t record the screen at the time, but we’re confident this wasn’t a user error.Figma team — could you please look into this and help us resolve it?Has anyone else run into something similar?Thanks!

I don't know what's going on with you lately, whether you're testing something or breaking it, but lately there have been a lot of bugs in figma, and some banal interactions just stupidly stop working (like smart angle changes, or blurring with smart animation, or some default options, like a banal state change in variants (without complex instructions in interactions they just break and don't work). What new things have you created that everything has gotten so much worse?

Hi!Two companies have merged and each team had their own figma accounts. Payment has been maintained for both accounts but we’d like to merge the organisations.The problem is that the admin for one account left the business and her email address was disabled before we realised she was the admin on the account so now we cannot get admin access to the one organisation but we still need those files.How do we get admin access to that account and then how do we merge the organisations?Thank you! 

Hi team!I have this following problem:I have Size which has options 1,2a offers 1a 2a 3a 4ab offers 1b 2b 3b 4bWhen i take out the component and look at variant 1 I should be able to see only 1a,2a,3a,4a. but i see 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b. If i click on 1b it switches me to b variant, naturally.So what gives? Am I doing something wrong here?

Does anyone else have the following problem?When annotations are visible on both dev and design mode, the Figma UI is laggier than when annotations are turned off where it’s more smoother? This is the case regardless if I have 5 or 20+ annotations on the screen.I have sufficient RAM on both the file and my laptop so it should be fine.

I have a big projects with lots of comments and they keep disappearing and only reappearing when I restart Figma. I also have comments that have been resolved reappear all of a sudden and old and resolved comments reappearing in the wrong place. In short, comments are a complete mess and I would like some official confirmation that they are messed up so I can  tell my client that this is a know bug.And why are comments once I resolve not disappearing anymore?

Noticed that there’s now an emoji animation when I detach instance. How can I hide this? 

Hello hope you're doing good today. I am facing a problem with my figma account. I have no longer access to my student gmail account and suddenly I also lost access to my figma account too. But there so many important files that I need. Can anyone please help me to recovery my account?

I am the creator of this file, marked as the owner, but the file is locked and cannot be copied. The educational version has expired. When attempting to copy, I receive the message "Only editors of this file can copy it." Even my friend, who has editing permissions, is unable to copy it. (Other project files are functioning normally.)I tried to log into it from other browser(Safari, Chrome), logged out and re-login, no luck. 

Hi, both of my CV and portfolios files are missing in my Figma account. I remembered that those 2 files were even starred by me. I created those files in 2023 and I’m the only owner of the 2 files. Never shared them with anyone. I checked everywhere - recent, drafts, projects and trash. I can find all past files created before and after them, but only these 2 are missing. Very weird situation and please help me to check it. They are the most important files to me. Thanks.

Me hovering on item doesn’t seem to work. I have background gradient in locked layer to make glow. For some reason it measures to it. Here is with Layers tab for understanding: 

I was logged into an old school email, and after graduating recently, the institution deleted that email address. I wasn’t able to edit the email for the account and now, I cannot sign back in. This was 3 years worth of work 😭 and I would hate to lose it. I have created this temporary account to connect with support teams to get some help. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done!P.S. this account is a new registerred account so that I can build a reach for you.

Hi everyone, I recently had a problem with interactive animated components when user testing them, since our users didn’t have the custom fonts installed on their machines the animations ended up glitching. I “fixed it” by sending the fonts for them to install. Since this is not normal behaviour with this feature, I’d like to report this as a bug if possible. Thanks a lot, loving the feature btw.

Hi Figma Support Team,We’ve noticed an issue with our billing where our account is being charged for 21 seats, but we only need to pay for 13. It appears that additional seats are being automatically added without our approval, which is increasing our monthly cost.Could you please help us adjust our billing so that we are only charged for the 13 members we need? Additionally, we would appreciate any guidance on how to prevent automatic seat additions in the future.Looking forward to your assistance.Best,Sushant

Hi!I’ve seen that similar issues have been discussed on this forum before, but this might be a slightly more unique case. When I’m working on our organization’s design system in the App UI design and I’m selecting a few very simple components, like a notification with just an icon and some content, I experience a significant drop in FPS and severe lag starts to occur. I’ve already tried recreating the component, deleting and rebuilding specific frames, etc., but nothing seems to help. I’m not sure what this could be related to, but it definitely disrupts the workflow quite a bit.I’ve made a Video of FPS drop.

After selecting an object, holding option (⌥) and hovering over another object to see the distance between them, this number is obscured by the floating toolbar, as seen in the image.

Figma is delightful in how it handles color spaces in code generation, providing the exact color in the document color space AND a converted sRGB color fallback for the unsupporting renderers.However, this is not the behavior when it comes to copying or exporting as SVG. Here, Figma will output the original color in the specified color space but the sRGB fallback color is unconverted.I have a document in Display P3 color space and I have a color #00beaa. If I use the Inspector to view the style details, the output isfill: #00C2AA; /* appropriately converted color */fill: color(display-p3 0 0.7451 0.6667);If I use the “Copy as SVG” or the Export feature, the output is insteadfill: #00BEAA; /* the original color NOT from the original color space */fill: color(display-p3 0.0000 0.7451 0.6667); /* what's with the precision of the zero value, by the way? */

I have a problem since 2-3 weeks. I have two figma accounts, one for me and for school.The one for school is pro, but since i connected it to be pro, i cannot access this account anymore. It want to connect me in the app, then the browsers and tell me that the connection session has expired so i have to log back in the app. But it just restarts itself, so i’m still not connected.The other account seems fine tho.(Sorry for mistakes or wrong sentences, i speak English as i can :))

I’ve noticed on the Windows PC desktop app that pasting text into the Annotation field via the CTRL + SHIFT + V keyboard shortcut will not paste the text format-free as it should, but instead pastes the text onto the page as a new text field.
